The facility during the poltergeist incidents.
The 5th Emergency Treatment Center (第5救命救急センター Dai 5 kyuumei kyuukyuu sentaa?, 5th Lifesaving Emergency Center) is a hospital that is first introduced in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime. It is a fairly large hospital, able to properly take care of several patients during a minor catastrophe located in School District 21. It is also fairly close to Nature Park.[1]

The facility is first seen after another Poltergeist Incident occurred in Nature Park; many of the victims of the disaster was sent to the facility by MAR, as it was in close vicinity to Nature Park. This is where Uiharu Kazari, a member of Judgment was sent after getting a few scratches from the incident. Kazari learns that her friend, Haruue Erii, was not sent to the facility and instead was sent to MAR Base Research Facility for treatment. She also learns that fellow Judgment member, Shirai Kuroko, was suspecting Haruue Erii as the culprit of the poltergeist incidents, because of this Kazari argues with her.[1]
