Asajimo Mebuki (朝霜 芽吹 Asajimo Mebuki?) is a character who appears in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun: Cold Game.[2]
Appearance[]
Mebuki has black hair and wears a white coat over a blouse and tight skirt. She also wears an ID card on the chest of her coat. She has an identical appearance to her twin sister, enough to be able to unlock the biometric identification on her sister's phone.[1]

Background[]
In the past, Mebuki studied overseas, skipping ahead to university. After obtaining a diploma, she entered Academy City as a professor and started relearning that technology there as a student.[1]
