Chapter 21.5 of the Astral Buddy manga was released on August 3rd, 2019. It was released through Nogi Yasuhito's Twitter account.[1]
Synopsis[]
During Junko's early contact with the ghost girl, Misaki tries to persuade her into telling about her current predicament with "some funny business" (i.e., the ghost girl), although she does not want to ask her directly about it. Junko thanks her the portrait instead, and Misaki quickly misunderstands it as Junko somehow being aware of how she made it possible. Ironically, her reaction made it even more obvious to Junko that Misaki has helped her in her own way.

- While Hokaze Junko is resting Shokuhou Misaki in her lap and fanning her, she thanks Shokuhou for her secret help in the matter of the 'ghost', to Shokuhou's embarassment.
