Chisa (ちさ Chisa?), known as Chisa-chan (ちさちゃん Chisa-chan?) to her unnamed friend, is a background character introduced in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.[1]
Appearance
Chisa has mid length hair and wears a uniform with a hat.[1]

At the banks of a canal, Chisa tried to retrieve a friend's hat from an overhanging tree with a twig. She fell from the tree and started drowning in the canal, but was saved by Kuroko and Uiharu, forewarned by Miyama Shaei's predictions.[1]
