Dennis (デニス Denisu?) is a minor character during Vento of the Front's invasion of Academy City, as part of the team that is assigned to eliminate witnesses, specifically Index.

Academy City Invasion Arc[]

After the escape of Accelerator and Index, Dennis and his partner Mike lead a squad of Hound Dog to eliminate Index and by proxy the patients of a certain hospital, as well as their colleague Orson for deserting them under fire. Here, they disabled the security system of the hospital before rushing in and later discover that the entire building has been evacuated due to a terrorist threat, indicating that someone has tipped the hospital off of their arrival.[1]
Dennis is used in the narrative to allow Mike to exposit about the Hospital buses and on how they maybe kept in the same basement of a certain hospital. Along with the rest of their group who have infiltrated the hospital, he is killed by Accelerator after they fail to heed the Heaven Canceller's warnings.[1]

- As with other members of Hound Dog, a shared NPC sprite is used to depict Dennis in Toaru Majutsu no Index: Imaginary Fest.
