Aside from promoting various places concerning leisure and entertainment within School District 15, the website also has a message board, which has a large number of topics unrelated to the site's main purpose.[1]

During their investigation into the Disciplinary Guides, Misaka Mikoto and her friends come across fliers for the site and check it out, discovering that the Disciplinary Guides were using it as an information source.[1]
