Iizuka (飯塚 Iizuka?) is a jailer at a private juvenile hall in Academy City.[1]

Iizuka was the jailer who was supposed to be playing the "prisoner" that the participants of the Jailbreak Trial were aiming to break out. However while the real prisoners were being transferred to the lower levels for the competition, Iizuka was knocked out and impersonated by Kimi, the switch having been assisted by Aohoshi, who was actually part of a group aiming to break Kimi out.[1]

Kyougoku finds Iizuka in one of the lockers.
After Uiharu Kazari won the competition, Iizuka was found unconscious in a locker by Kyougoku Ryouta and was taken away by the facility's medical team afterwards.[1]
Following the events surrounding Shundan Kimi's jailbreak and takeover, she apparently took the incarcerated Aohoshi Suzuran's place as Kyougoku's assistant and was present as he refused a loan offer from an unknown company, who were after Kimi and other high level espers for their own purposes. Afterwards, she was informed and notified Kyougoku of a prisoner escape.[2]
