Flack Kateman (フラック＝ケイトマン Furakku Keitoman?, Yen Press: Frack Kateman) is a background character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. It is not known what he does, but he is referred to as the Car King, which implies that he probably runs a car manufacturing company in the United States of America. He has managed to become one of the 100 most important people who keeps America running in an article featured in a business magazine, alongside Douglas Hardbell and Olay Blueshake, something that the President himself has not accomplished.[1]
Due to Olay's power as the Media Queen, he too is influenced by her.[2]
