Flave (フレーヴ Furēvu?) is a pilot of Laveze Squadron who appears in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun SS: Liberal Arts City.[1]

As the attack on the Liberal Arts City by the Return of the Winged One begins, Flave and Over have a conversation on the number 3 short runway as their fighters are being towed out. They talk about how the electrical princess had left the runways and fighters that could be used alone and her request to allow the unrelated tourists and workers to leave on the Salmon Reds. They note that protecting the large, slow lifeboats from the Mixcoatls in this situation may be a bit difficult. Hearing that Mixcoatls have been detected to the east, Flave and Over grab their helmets and run over to their fighters.[1]
