Frillsand #G has the appearance and figure of a 20 year old woman,[3] with long blonde twintails.[4][3][5][6][7][8] She wears a skin-tight light blue dress,[4][3][5][6][7][8] with a translucent long skirt loosely worn over and around it.[4][3][5][6][8] She is noted to look like a Western doll,[4][7][2] though her curvy figure is noted to be at odds with her attire.[4][3][8]

Frillsand #G is an artificial ghost, produced through an unstable high-energy emission and designed to possess several traits which have been associated with ghosts.[4][7][8] As an incorporeal ghost, she can pass through physical objects and vice versa, but she also cannot touch them.[4] Reproducing the harm that is said to befall those who encounter ghosts, she can remotely and continually damage living people who encounter her if they see her.[4][6][7] In a similar manner, she can induce malfunctions in mechanical lenses and sensors, preventing them from properly recognizing her.[4][3][7]
