Trivia[]
- Due to their similar serial numbers, fans speculated that Dolly was somehow related to the mysterious Misaka 00000, also known as Full Tuning. However, it was confirmed by Railgun's editor, Ogino Kentarou, that Dolly is not Full Tuning.[3]
