The Grand Arrow Air Force Base (グランドアロー空軍基地 Gurando Arō Kūgun Kichi?) is the largest air force base of the west coast United States of America. It is located in California.
The base is able to make contact with Dirty Lance Ballistic Missile Launching Base in Texas, can make use of satellite imagery, and can presumably contact Pearl Harbor. The base is commanded by Alfred Thirdman.[1]

Hawaii Invasion Arc[]

The base is swamped with messages and data regarding the invasion of Trident on Hawaii. Here, Alfred Thirdman discovers that tanker ships and passenger ships were actually disguised to hold landing ships, and are now invading the eight islands of Hawaii. Seeing the reports regarding the volcanic eruption's ash, he is dismayed that he cannot support the troops in Hawaii with air support, as well as anti-ship missiles preventing him from sending out support ships. He tries to contact the Dirty Lance in Texas to use ballistic warheads at high altitude to blow away the volcanic ash, hoping that it would lead the way for them aid Hawaii with aerial units, despite the fears that the Vice-President will just get in the way.[1]
