HDC.Cerberus

HDC.Cerberus is a computer virus that rampaged through the networks of Academy City on August 21, in the aftermath of Misaka Mikoto's attacks on facilities involved in the Level 6 Shift, during the Sisters Arc. The name of the virus is also broadcast during the Level Upper Arc.
