Holegres Mirates (ホレグレス＝ミレーツ, Horeguresu Mirētsu^?) is an English noble and a member of the Knights of England.

Holegres Mirates is a corrupt noble, who seeks to increase his own power, possessions and influence, willing to take advantage of an invasion in order to do so. He takes pride in his nobility, but lacks chivalry and positions himself away from danger. He is a racist who sees outsiders as dead weight to the country, taking up tax money and land, and when given the opportunity, uses them as sacrificial pawns.

During the invasion of the United Kingdom by the Crowley's Hazards, Holegres Mirates was in charge of London's defenses. He also requested the distribution of the Beheading Coins and after finding information on the Divine Mixtures, ordered their retrieval and deployment. Acting as an intermediary with the royals and claiming to speak on their behalf, he exploited his position and the situation in an effort to advance his own agenda. Hiding at St. James Palace, he was eventually found by Accelerator and after being interrogated on Nelson's Column, he was sent flying into the side of Big Ben.

Kamijou Arc

Holegres was present at Windsor Castle during the party celebrating Coronzon's defeat and was subsequently involved in the conflict which arose due to the emergence of the other Touma.

Abilities

Holegres's abilities are not known, though his armor is capable of withstanding a number of restrained hits from Accelerator, who deemed it as better than an Academy City Powered Suit in that regard and enough for him to launch the wearer over a kilometer without concern about killing him.
