Jenny (ジェニー Jenī?) is a background character introduced in the third Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index light novel volume.

She appears as that of a little girl with blonde hair.[1]

She first appears alongside with her mother as tourists, near the room where the press conference with the President Roberto Katze, wanting to have at least a glimpse of him. They get their wish Roberto Katze comes running towards them and burrows her mother's camera, detailing his reason for "disappearing" as there are something strange going in the center of government, with completely normal people the day before suddenly become enemies of the United States. Moreover, he reiterates on how he is disappearing of his own free will, and have not been abducted.[1]
He later gives it back to Jenny's mother and dashes away, then men in black arrive looking for him. Jenny's mother then becomes excited after meeting the President and having been given a treasure of a video by him. She is later brought back from her excitability after Jenny says that she wonders if she can marry the President.[1]
