Kii (紀伊, Kii^?) is a student of Tokiwadai Middle School and a member of Shokuhou Misaki's Clique.

Kii has brown eyes and long, wavy light-brown hair. Being a Tokiwadai student, she wears the school's uniform.

Kii's background is mostly unknown, but she often works with Mei, the pair being known as the clique's Bumblebee Unit.

Daihasei Festival Arc

Mei and Kii were among members of Shokuhou's clique who were tasked with taking care of Misaka Mikoto, keeping her occupied and restricting her movements, while Shokuhou was away dealing with the situations regarding Misaka 10032 and Kihara Gensei. When Mikoto tried to get away from them by 'accidentally' catching a ride on a train, Mei and Kii quickly caught up to her.

After Mikoto discovered that Kongou Mitsuko had been hospitalized in trying to help her, Mei and Kii met her as she was heading out and tried to get her to wait but were cowed by her anger, with Mikoto telling them to get out of her way unless they were prepared to kill her to stop her.

Jailbreaker Arc

Mei and Kii were tasked by Shokuhou with watching over Dolly as she and Kouzaku Mitori were participating in the Jailbreak Trial, given orders beforehand and their memories to be altered afterwards. Having unsubtly aided the two during the event, they were approached and thanked by Kouzaku during post-trial festival. While their programmed duty prevented them from asking about the girl who resembles Misaka Mikoto, they were still very curious about her identity and hoped that Kouzaku might let something slip, even if they would forget it, to no avail.

After her bag was stolen by a lemur, an exhausted Shokuhou told Kobayashi Satori to take command and not allow it to escape Tokiwadai. Kobayashi ordered other clique members including Kii and Mei to retrieve the clique leader's stolen bag.

Mei and Kii came to the aid of Shokuhou and Gaouin Tsukasa when they were trapped in Tokiwadai's Building 3 and under remote attack by the other rival presidential candidates in Tokiwadai's Student Council Election.

Kii's esper ability is Piercing Wall (窒素穿壁（ピアシングウォール）, Chisso Senpeki (Piashingu Uōru)^?, lit. "Nitrogen Wall Piercing"), which allows her to create walls of nitrogen next to her which can penetrate objects. She can also stand on the nitrogen walls and use them to run through the air. As a student of Tokiwadai Middle School, it can be presumed to be at Level 3 or 4.

Trivia

• Episode credits refer to her using the term (食蜂派閥), which can be translated as "Shokuhou Clique", instead of her name.
• After the airing of Railgun T Episode 5, Ogino Kentarou confirmed the Voice Artists of the unnamed members of the Shokuhou clique. Ogino referred to Kii by fluffy and soft wave hair (ゆるふわウェーブ).
• After releasing Mental Out Chapter 9, Nogi Yasuhito mentioned her nitrogen-related ability and hinted that Kii may be a participant of the Dark May Project.
