Kiya Shii (木谷椎?) is a Japanese illustrator, who has designed several beings which appear in Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.

Kiya Shii has designed several creatures appearing in Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, such as the White Beetle appearing in the contents page of Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index Volume 6,[1] the Dragons appearing in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Volume 10,[2] Misaka Mikoto's iron sand puppet and the doppelganger Kuriba Ryouko's giant puppet appearing in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Volume 13.[3]
