Manabe Ritsuki (マナベ リツキ?) is a character introduced in Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator. He is a member of a rogue Anti-Skill group, DA. Unnamed in the manga, his DA codename is Saluki.[1]
Appearance
He has short dark-grey hair.[1]
Background
At some point in the past, while a member of Anti-Skill, he was charged after illegally selling Anti-Skill's equipment to anti-terrorist organizations to exterminate those terrorists.[2][1]
In Hitokawa Hasami's residual thought, he killed Hitokawa Hasami.[3] In anime adaptation, his role changed to another unnamed DA member.[4]
