At the Kamijou Residence on the night on December 3rd, while residents and guests were down and hungry from lack of dinner due to the events earlier, Nephthys messed with the TV remote and turned the TV on before Touma could stop her, due to the only shows on at that time being food-related. A Christmas advert for fried chicken from Maruichi appeared on the TV, causing Index to burst into tears.[1]
