The figure that 80% of its population are minors is one I haven't heard. Is this justified somehow? It's hard to see such an age group as the center of science. I get that the 80% are guinea pigs to the 20%, but... mostly moe?

    3. Look at Avignon and Baggage City. Anyy attempt to challenge their technologically based hegemony ranges from mind control and extortion to wholesale slaughter. Hell, look at Liberal Arts City; when Mikoto infiltrates Liberal Arts City and proceeds to flatten any and all resistance in her attempt to expose the US's attempt to create its own Esper program, Olive Holiday, the resident CIA agent is prevented from taking any action due to the fact that Aleister Crowley threatens to declare war on the United States if they attempt any further research.

I haven't read this arc, but why can't the US have it's own esper program? and why was Mikoto against it?

  • I am a huge fan of this series but I keep it hidden from everybody else but I am mad though why hasn't the second season of Magical Index hasn't been released yet because I have seen the entire first season but never the second season, which is based on the Manga.

The series that is more popular than this one right one is the Railgun series, and the girl of that series is in love with Touma but is too afraid to confess to him.

    • Oh yeah, I saw that. Just...awesome, and frightening. I'm not scared of heights, but fuck me I was getting dizzy just watching the video. Those guys have got nerves of steel.

Or maybe it's just because they are Russians.

Apparently, in an effort to avoid the Chinese authorities, they had to wait for the cover of darkness before scaling the tower.

Yeah. When they were leaning out I was thinking what could have happened if a strong wind had blown in that moment. They probably made accurate researches about that meterelogical situation, but it was still awfully risky. They are really crazy. And they would have been even more if they had thrown themself. I mean, it was as if that panorama was asking them to parachute down.

True, the first part was like a first person stealth videogame. It's unfortunate for them to remain anonymous. Maybe they would have got some kind of reward.

    • Ahah! Oh my, are they drunk? This is really crazy and yet they jokes about their friends falling (the clown is simply too crazy). They surely have a lot of nerves.
