Just so you know, I've started a new joint discussion thread in addition to the individual talk threads. I've also posted a number of tasks there which I need help with. If it isn't inconvenient or troublesome, could you lend me a hand, Ollerus?
Two votes for the Daihaseisai so far. In this case, I think it would be an idea to review the information available on the subject to see if we are missing anything and to get the article ready for featuring. I'll assign SD58 to the task. Could you help me with this, Ollerus?
First of all, let's gather what we've already got. I've added several galleries for accumulating existing images on Shared Draft 58. I've also made some preliminary sections for accumulating our notes. I'm planning to run a quick search to locate volume mentions outside of the primary volumes.
Which area do you wish to focus on first, Ollerus?
Righto. How would you prefer we handle the assembly of the images connected to the Daihaseisai which are already on the wiki? Should we have one person assembling the existing images while the other one looks for information and new image candidates, or should we both work on the existing image assembly at the same time?
I've added rough notes regarding the current state of the article as well as unsorted notes from the non-OT9/10 Index stories. I've also added the barebones for the framework of an overhaul draft. At the time of writing, the following sections on SD58 are empty; Unsorted Notes (Index) - OT9/OT10, Unsorted Notes (Railgun), Images - Index (Manga), Images - Railgun (Manga), and Other.
Hope you feel better soon, Ollerus. I've been experiencing computer problems, so I'm currently operating on my more limited unit.
Thanks for bringing up the information. As we anticipated, Chapter 43 for Episode 1. Regarding the last point, given the one month mark, I expect that we'll be getting a few synopsis bits for Souyaku V1 soon.
With the updates to the Daihaseisai article, I was wondering whether we should leave the events in the long bullet-point list for specific image placement or transfer them to a collapsible table (e.g. Name/Type/(Details/Notes)) with a slideshow nearby. What do you reckon, Ollerus?
With regards to current stuff on SD58, we've got the rough structure of the current article in a bullet point format for quick reviewing purposes. Some of the references outside of OT9/OT10 have been assembled in a list, with associated info attached. Railgun chapters with info to be checked have also been listed from a quick search, though the associated info has not been attached yet. Most of the event images have been assembled, thanks to you.
I'm planning to do a quick look through OT9/10 and Railgun V8 to verify the primary reference locations and check to see if anything has been missed. While we will doing some rewriting to the event list, I think it would be an idea to use a copy of the current version for table experiments.
I haven't isolated the specific parts yet, but I noticed a discrepancy at one of the non-festival-related bits while browsing through the two translations, so I thought it would be an idea to double-check the festival bits once we've got them listed, since the OT9/10 BT-TL was one of the older ones.
I've made a rough list of chapter parts with infos on SD58, but I haven't added bullet-points for the info like with the non-OT9/10.
If it is OK, could you give me a hand with gathering the OT9/OT10/R-V8 rough notes?
“Hm, compared to the unsolved cases where an AI denies the theory that an unmanned
helicopter was shot down, or the unsolved case of the arena where the cultural and
spiritual activists exploded, this is a whole lot better.”
An example would be the multi-religions Greeks, who established their Ares Temple and Helios Temple. (OT10Ch7Pt5)
The specific temple name is not written in the raw version of OT10. The Greek god of war can be either Ares or Athena. The Greek has deities guarded specific places. For instance, Athena was the patron goddess of the city of Athens. Helios is not a patron god, but god of the Sun.
軍神 means war deity.
守護神 means patron god/goddess or tutelary deity
I haven't fully checked yet, but there is a possibility that there might be a difference in flags in certain areas between media. In the Railgun T anime/website, school emblems and logos are used. R-V7/10 on the other hand have national flags in at least one panel.
I've just been doing a considerable sweep through the recent images, adding missing categories and licensing/summary TSPs. While most of it is done, I've run out of time for tonight and I won't be able to continue overall work until Monday afternoon.
If it is OK Ollerus, could you check the recent images from Railgun T Episodes 1 & 2 which have been used as character infobox images and make sure that they've been categorized as Profile Pictures?
Also, we will probably need to go through the pages where Ep1/2 images have been added and check the captions - I spotted a number of them earlier with considerable grammatical errors.
Just checking to be certain, would you say that all of the remaining placeholder (?) images in the SD58 experimental table next to events which don't have images? Also, shall we continue with arc-based structure for Chronology rather than time-based?
Shared Draft is not appeared in the Recent Wiki Activity, so some new contributors who does not aware of SD may made a mistake by creating new article or adding new information related to GT1 before fully translated. Btw, when will forum be retired?
Regarding your earlier question Ollerus, I'm not sure when exactly the forums are being retired, though I think Wikia said it should be happening at some point during Spring and that several other features were on the same system which is being changed. I'll try to locate the link to the relevant post.
Regarding the work on SD58, I was thinking that we could perhaps add in images of the traffic jam/clearance and evacuation once we've got the Railgun Chronology sorted. Do you agree?
Amazora and Rikuri are confirmed to be her sisters. Gokusai Kaibi has been confirmed to be her name. As usual, article edits regarding newly released novel content are prohibited until the novel is fully translated.
And that brings up so many questions like who was the fourth-ranked since AB reveals Misaki becoming Level 5 when she entered Tokiwadai too and she never mentions being fourth once or was never implied to be yet maybe
"Because the standard for measurement is the worth of the ability to the ongoing research, you're #3 and I'm #4?" Mugino told this to Misaka in Railgun Chapter 30.
Three years ago, Mugino was 3rd Level 5. She may felt inferior to Mikoto because Mugino was kicked out of 3rd Level 5.
Also Shokuhou Misaki became Level 5 at least two years prior to current timeline. She is 2nd-year of Tokiwadai Middle School. So, three years ago, Accelerator was #1, Kakine was #2, and Mugino was #3. We don't know who was #4 and #5 Level 5 at that time.
keep in mind while i dont confirm this as a fact Mugino might have simply offed the unknown 4rd with Takitsubo and a bit of stealth(cant say a 5th had existed yet since Kimi was surprised there was seven level fives now)
Still i wonder if a dead 4th around those years will ever be revealed smh
js06 says they are hinting to be continued by that phrase or pretending its oneshot again and this was probably decided to be added after the fan response to this so this isnt a oneshot as of now shortly.
