re:Monaco.css logo picture Edit

I will try to do as many as I can, but I need to find good transparent PNGs or other cut outs of each character.

For some reason the logo hasn't updated for me (even though I've done a force refresh), I assume you can see it though.

Headline text Edit

Thats great news, and yes, I can see the logo...TheGreatEye 14:31, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

The logo should be neutral with only the tittle of the site like the other wikia sites, also the with changes done it doesn't redirects to the main page anymore--Lero 16:59, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Hey dude, I think I already asked Miridian this, but i'm trying to get everyone's opinion. What do you think about certain images being replaced by gifs? such as tree diagram being destroyed or Touma dispelling an ability? I got told that each article only needs a single gif each, so are there any in particular that you would wanna see?

Animated gifs are most appopriate if they are to replace scenes were a lot of action is to take place, when a single frame is not enough to fully grasp an action. Such as Mikoto firing a more powerful version of her Railgun, Touma dispelling an attack (more specifically the second time Touma dispelled Stiyl's fire attack, you know the one from episode 2, where the screen freezes for a moment before Touma closes his hand), how Kaori applies her Nanasen, etc., I think you understand what I'm trying to say here.---TheGreatEye 19:29, September 6, 2010 (UTC)

General Cleanup Edit

Yo TheGreatEye! I just gave you both Bureaucrat and Admin status. I think you're worthy judging from your contributions and I hope that you continue your good work! :D With that said, I'd like to ask some help from you regarding some details I have been ignoring since I have become the administrator of the Toaru Majutsu no Index wiki. I have worked on the Manual of Style, however, I feel kinda stumped as to which things to touch up on. Any ideas on what to shove in the MoS?

Also, I have noticed that users from 4chan (I know, I know, it's 4chan, but there are also fans of Index there) still do not see our wiki as a viable source of info. I feel like they are challenging us to improve our content, and your tagging of articles is a good start. I wish that there are more contributors who are highly knowledgeable with the Light Novels (like 4chan's js06) who drop by and contribute, though.

Anyway, congrats to our newest administrator and keep up the good work!

Indeed, as is the reason why I started making these templates, to alert people that an article still requires work. There is a notable quantity of work before us, before we can be truly trustworthy to the masses.---TheGreatEye 02:35, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

Wikia Anime on Twitter Edit

Hello, I'm Kate from the Wikia Content team. We are trying to create a WikiaAnime Twitter group, where all of the amazing wikis can come together and share their most exciting information, and hopefully get a lot of new users! To join, all you need to do is post this Twitter button and tweet list on your main page.

Then you can visit the Anime Twitter Suggestions Page and post tweets you'd like to see, with links back to your wiki.

Please share this with your other members and admins and see if it's something they'd be interested in joining! Let me know if you have any questions, and we hope to see you there!

Highlight of battles Edit

Do you think we could create a page in chronological order of the biggest battles in Academy City? (EX: Skirmish amongst level 5s, and/or magicians) Nonus 00:04, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

Why not, but I'd rather have the armed conflicts between 2-3 factions listed down in the entire series not just Academy City. Individual conflicts should be avoided unless it is well known enough in-universe such as the battle between Accelerator and Kakine Teitoku, wherein there were witnesses and was declared as a dangerous situation enough to warrant several Anti-Skill to intervene. ---TheGreatEye 10:14, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

Since we want to keep it reasonably small, how about a table: two sides for each of the participants, date of battle, outcome and casualties (if any)? Nonus 18:01, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, add the location as well, also have a summary prepared for each battle. If a conflict is part of an even larger conflict, it should be cited as such. Use this link after the colon to start the page: [[Timeline of armed conflicts]] ---TheGreatEye 03:12, June 1, 2011 (UTC)

I have been looking at the story arcs of major battles and some of them, just from the infobox on them is kinda like what you and I are discussing. Any ideas on making it easier or a rough sketch of an idea? Nonus 18:50, June 1, 2011 (UTC)

Something like an amalgam of this and this.---TheGreatEye 08:34, June 3, 2011 (UTC)

RE: Light Novel Summary Articles Edit

Hey TheGreatEye. I'll currently reading through Volume 15 and I noticed that while I'm filling up the volume article with summaries per chapter, the individual chapter article is still untouched and is practically empty. Should we go and add longer chapter summaries on each chapter article or just take them out and focus the summary on the volume article?

Here are some pros and cons to each side.

  • On chapter summary expansion, there's no need to take away a hundred or so articles and we can focus on each detail while summarizing it. However, this would require a longer period of time because I might have to re-summarize nine whole volumes of the light novels. We are also lacking a chapter infobox of sorts so we need to do that as well.
  • On volume article focus, we can create flawless articles that summarize the entire volume chapter by chapter without having to write a longer summary per chapter, thus the faster option of the two. What happens in this case is that we will need to delete the chapter summaries because we no longer need it in a sense. Plus, I notice that volume articles are already getting pretty long (in my opinion, though).

If you're available, please pitch in your ideas. After I finish working on Volume 15's summary, I'll try to plan for the next move. heraldofmeridian♣ 09:20, August 31, 2011 (UTC)

I was wonder why you were putting all the summaries on the Volume pages, they were really only intended to direct people to the individual Chapters where a more detailed analysis would be located.--Sxerks 14:14, August 31, 2011 (UTC)
I just figured out that summaries were posted on the Volume articles, so I decided to fill the rest of the volumes with summaries. The individual chapter articles need sprucing up, by the way. heraldofmeridian♣ 14:44, August 31, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry, can't help you with anything at the moment since I'm really busy in real life and the fact that I can only use the internet a couple of times a week now, among other problems. Currently, I can only edit a few smaller articles from time-to-time.---TheGreatEye 04:24, September 8, 2011 (UTC)

RE: Featured article Edit

Much better, I think. Both of them. Following the biggest online encyclopedia's standards would be a big pain in the ass. If you'd like, we can also make a page that would list the featured articles and the date when they are first featured (which is, of course, locked for edited to everyone that isn't an admin). It would require some backtracking, though. heraldofmeridian♣ 14:30, February 20, 2012 (UTC)

Character Art Designs Edit

Hey, I'd just like to know where peopel get the "Character Art Designs" for almost all the characters. I've been searching the volumes and much more and can't find them. Sorry for the question. Will 12:03, May 6, 2012 (UTC)

We take it from Haimura's website:Rainbow Spectrum Colors, for others, there are of course booklets from the anime, and as well as special pages or chapters dedicated for characters in the manga.---TheGreatEye 23:36, May 6, 2012 (UTC)

If its no problem, may I edit the Accelerator page extensively in order to provide more details to his chronology? Those who created and edited his page before me did an outstanding job but I noticed that there were areas that could be greatly expanded and more thorough details could be added in to the existing articles,

Example: The Three Stories Arc was the turning point of his life but the article, with due respect to the editor, is quite brief and lacking elaborate context.

I assure you that I will not include hypothesis, theories or assumptions. Only facts from the Light Novels will be included and I plan to use a narrative style in my editing crusade.

Manga Pictures Edit

Hey, I'm back again if you remember me. XD

With my holiday starting up, I'm going to have a lot of time and I saw your first page and I want to help out with the wikia. Before I start, are we allowed to put images from the manga (specifically Toaru Railgun, post Poltergeist arc) as pictures? I would help with the novels too, but they aren't my forte as I've only read the Index manga and seen the anime (up to date for both). I plan on reading the Light Novels on my holiday as well, so maybe I can help there, but for now it's out of the question. Will 02:49, June 10, 2012 (UTC)

Yes you are allowed to post images from the manga. However, it's somehow a good idea to remove the text before uploading, as one can see in many wikis and here as well.---TheGreatEye 08:19, June 10, 2012 (UTC)

Question on contradictionEdit

I'm currently rereading the light novels(have not actually read the light novels covered by the anime), but I stumbled upon the fact that Mikoto already knew of the existence of the clones from the very beginning (Volume 1:Prologue). I notice from all other reference material that she discovers the existence far later in both the manga version of railgun and anime of index...I'm not sure how they deal with it in the Light Novel, but the statement seems contradictory to other material and what's currently on the wikia.

It may be a translation issue, but the way its presented, it makes it seem like she accepts it as fact rather than a rumor.

Well, I just want to know your take on it, since you seem well-versed with how things go around here, and I'm not entirely familiar with the beginning of the light novel in the first place

MagisterMagi (talk) 10:41, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

I don't know how this would seem that Mikoto accepted this as fact, she even states that it is a "rumor." Her conversation with Touma in the prologue has her talk about the military sisters as a "rumor," and uses it as an example of experiments being conducted by Academy City, whose purpose is not to reach the conclusion that people are "strange" (I assumed she meant "special"), or want to produce esper powers. But really, Index Volume 1 Prologue is a little cryptic to me.

It has been shown in the Index 12th Index episode that she knew about the rumors but simply ignored them. This scene was adapted from Toaru Majutsu no Index Light Novel Volume 03 Chapter 3 Part 1, when Mikoto is sulking in the bridge. It states in the novel, that as a Level 5, baseless rumors form around her all the time, and as such, did not believe the military sisters rumor.

Of course, by the next sentence, it states that Mikoto "may" have simply not want to believe the rumor. Implying that she thought it might actually be true, and kept denying it to herself. This is a literary technique ot add some emotion to her thoughts.

However, this does not mean that she "knew" in actuality that there were military sisters. One can believe about something without knowing the truth, a sort of illusion, pardon the pun, if you will.---TheGreatEye (talk) 12:59, August 2, 2012 (UTC)

I see, when they were talking about brain of god, i read it as Mikoto refering to it as propaganda by Academy City and she rebuts it by introducing what they are actually doing...,but i can see how this might have just been the author's foreshadowing of what he was planning

Errors, errors everywhere Edit

Not only that, the layout for the userpages are currently screwed up as well. heraldofmeridian♣ 09:07, September 8, 2012 (UTC)

Questions about the Light Novels? Edit

Hello, I was just curious as to how long it usually takes for a light novel to be translated and for its link of download to be placed up onto this wikia (on the Toaru Majutsu no Index English Translations.pdf files page). Also, how often do the volumes come out? Is it every few months?

Thanks for taking the time to read and answer these questions. Cnguy21 (talk) 07:35, October 25, 2012 (UTC)

RE:New Background Edit

I find the new background to be too bright, lol. (But maybe it's because I'm in a lightless room with a bright monitor.) I hope there's a DVD-quality nighttime view of Academy City. It would be a better background. But the one you submitted ain't that bad tho. Oh, and just a suggestion: if you'd want more opinions on this, put up a poll on the front page and leave it there for a week or so. One week's worth of polls would probably be enough for us to decide on the background. heraldofmeridian♣ 09:06, November 10, 2012 (UTC)

I'm laying off the polls for a moment and have it discussed here before using it. I'm thinking of revising what background should be screencapped from the anime, which would be preferable that it would come from Index II. However, I'd like input on what you think should be a good background for this, because that gradient has been with this wikia, and its unchanging nature, I feel, is a detriment to this wikia's advancement in regards with the community, including editors and readers.---TheGreatEye (talk) 17:48, November 11, 2012 (UTC)
The brown gradient was originally from the official project index website, and is really the only reason I added it. The css you are looking for is actually MediaWiki:Wikia.css, as monaco is the old theme. The links to all the theme related pages are accessible from the main page's talk page, you will see a link to Main Page and Site Layout Admin Links at the top of the page (it's just the main page "/Admin", something I have added to most wikis I admin). As for the image, it should come from a 1920x1080 source, I'll see what I can find.--Sxerks (talk) 18:46, November 11, 2012 (UTC)
Cool, thanks for the heads up. Anyway, regarding the image I have uploaded, it is a stitched image from screenshots of the 1080p creditless release of the first opening theme of the second season. The image was edited via curves at my own discretion, because the quality of the image will certainly go down once I tried to conform it to wikia's image size limit for backgrounds (150kb). I believed this was a wise choice on my part. However, I am thinking of using a smaller resolution as per your recommendation. I am also thinking of changing the file if I deem it unsuitable for use in the wiki.---TheGreatEye (talk) 16:06, November 12, 2012 (UTC)
I removed the stuff in the css now because wikia finally has a "fixed" option in the theme designer, so everything can be done through it now. Here is a link to the background template (PSD file) to use to make a background. The one I put up was from S2 ep4 blueray. But now there is something to go by.--Sxerks (talk) 16:27, November 12, 2012 (UTC)
Thank you. Will be experimenting a little bit.---TheGreatEye (talk) 16:48, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

How about now, I admit that is kind of grainy, but I am open to suggestions. This is the best I could get from the screenshot of episode 06 of Index II, though modified it a bit so it would be "web compatible". Vector images? Quality fanart?---TheGreatEye (talk) 18:10, November 12, 2012 (UTC) Edit: Or should we go the way of Hamuira and make an abstract background?---TheGreatEye (talk) 18:13, November 12, 2012 (UTC)

As a background it doesn't really relate to the series, it's just buildings. The image is to large 149kb, doesn't need to be maxed out in file size. Scrolling is no good, the BG should be fixed.--Sxerks (talk) 18:18, November 12, 2012 (UTC)
Acknowledged, will remove scrolling. Background will remain as is until I get the proper resources for the new one. You can change it if you wish---TheGreatEye (talk) 02:02, November 13, 2012 (UTC)
I updated the link the background template above as it was a few pixels off. vector images of the main characters on top of a city background may be good.--Sxerks (talk) 07:05, November 13, 2012 (UTC)

Is it just me, or is the new background a bit too blurry? heraldofmeridian♣ 05:24, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

It is indeed blurry, since it is a resize of 720p screenshot of episode 06 of Index II. It would greatly hasten my progress if you have a 1080p version of it, though, I could also just use another background.---TheGreatEye (talk) 06:45, November 14, 2012 (UTC) Edit: What about now then? Tried to go the "Haimura way" regarding backgrounds.---TheGreatEye (talk) 07:16, November 14, 2012 (UTC)
Gimme a timestamp of the previous one (one without the logos). It would be easy to get a 1080p through torrents. heraldofmeridian♣ 09:11, November 14, 2012 (UTC)
Using MP-HC's screenshot function, this is the filename of the resulting screenshot: [Coalgirls]_To_Aru_Majutsu_no_Index_II_06_(1280x720_Blu-Ray_FLAC)_[E4C08C92].mkv_snapshot_18.27_[2012.11.13_00.49.12] Take note that Coalgirls separate the ED and OPs in individual files. Due to various reasons I can only make use of 720p videos.---TheGreatEye (talk) 10:59, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

It isn't looking as good as I expect it to be. Even with a 1080p screenshot, the buildings still look blurry, and anything that I try to sharpen the outlines only ruins the color. heraldofmeridian♣ 13:48, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

I'll be putting this off until tomorrow, but how about this? I find the two logos flanking both the sides of the site quite unnerving, so I then realized that there is not a need for a constant background. How about a background that suits the times, such as now, NT5. We could have the Windowless Building from the anime be on the left and the NT testament logo on the right. I still have it back when you updated the site for NT1. The background should be changed when great changes are upon us, such as a you novel, or the movie coming out. What do you say?---TheGreatEye (talk) 15:49, November 14, 2012 (UTC)

Minor questions regarding Archive characters Edit

Hello, I have a couple of minor questions concerning characters in the Archives.

Firstly, there is a character who appears in the Toaru Majutsu no Index Archives 2 Audio Drama - his article is currently titled Absolute Fortune Boy. However, a shopping site listing credits for the Archives 2 Audio Drama (, and the Japanese Wikipedia entry for the Archives, call him the 'Green-haired boy' (his real name wasn't revealed in the audio drama) (there isn't an @wiki entry). Should the article be left with it's current name or renamed?

Secondly, I would like to ask about what should be done regarding listing the debuts of Archive-exclusive characters in the character infobox (there isn't an Audio or Game debut section at the moment). Should the debut section be left blank, should one of the other debut sections be used, or is it OK to add a new one?

Helping OutEdit

Hi! This wiki is looking great and seems to be doing well! I was just wondering if you would mind me doing some edits on the main page to organize it a bit better and break things up so that there isn't so much text. I'm really loving the wordmark that you already have, but how would you feel about a new skin? Let me know if you have issues or preferences for any of these things, thanks!

Grace@fandom 22:49, December 13, 2012 (UTC)

Apart from some partitioned sections, such as the lastest light novel one, the main page has always been open for edit by anyone. However, a great edit should at least have the blessings of other admins, for I too, after a long time, took great effort in convincing them in changing a few things. If you are using an adblock, you will not see the ads here, that we must take precaution too as it will ruin the layout.
I'd like to see a new skin, but I'm not the one who implemented the current scheme of the wiki, and I have no intention to since I am ignorant regarding those matters. Ask the other admins. If you're talking about the background, yes, I do think an improvement should be in order.
Here are the others: Click, though the only other one who frequents the wiki anymore is herald_of_meridian and Sxerks. The others, I'm afraid, are lost in time.---TheGreatEye (talk) 03:03, December 14, 2012 (UTC)

New Navigation Template for LN Chapters Edit

Hey, I have made a prototype template for a new layout for navigating through light novel chapters and volumes (see here). Thanks to the transcludesection thing that I just learned, we can be able to merge multiple templates with fixed content into one, although my template appears to have a problem with adding an extra line above the template itself. I have started it out with one volume, so could you check out the code before I could continue? I'm such a noob when it comes to wiki code. @_@ heraldofmeridian♣ 11:27, December 26, 2012 (UTC)

I can't really determine how a piece of code is supposed to work until it is at least somewhat finished. Also, regarding this problem with adding an "extra line above the template" what does it mean? Can you give me a visual example of this, like an image?
As for the template, I'd rather have you use wiki links instead of the full urls when linking to a page in the wiki. For example: [ Prologue] should be [[Toaru_Majutsu_no_Index_Light_Novel_Volume_01/Prologue|Prologue]], which the wiki will display as Prologue. It is not really a major issue, just a minor pet peeve.---TheGreatEye (talk) 11:45, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
Ah yes, the links will be fixed soon. Meanwhile, here's where I tested how the template looks like: clicky. heraldofmeridian♣ 12:22, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
Testing a bit. I found out that it is the inreconciable effect of having more than 1 <noinclude></noinclude> tag in the page that is being transcluded. I thought of using the <onlyinclude> as is with the Hot News I have made quite a while back, but it seems that it does not allow tables to be put inside it. Perhaps you could make a separate template for the table of the light novel navigation, and then use it in the page itself inside the onlyincludes to bypass its apparent distaste for tables.---TheGreatEye (talk) 12:56, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
But that forces us to make more template pages, which I'm trying to avoid for less clutter. D: Well, if this is gonna happen, then it will be instead a nested template that is only there simplify the process of adding templates. What do you think? heraldofmeridian♣ 13:38, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
I've done such things in the past, when a solution could not be found. If you wish to solve this quickly, then, I think, this is the only viable solution for now. Redundant and obsolete templates can always be deleted.---TheGreatEye (talk) 14:12, December 26, 2012 (UTC)
Okay then. I'll probably start making the navigation templates on each volume by tomorrow morning. heraldofmeridian♣ 14:38, December 26, 2012 (UTC)

According to February issue of Shonen Gangan magazine, it has revealed that a manga series adaptation for'To aru Majutsu no Index: Endymion no Kiseki' will be released on February 12.

Fictional (talk) 06:01, January 13, 2013 (UTC)

I have already incoporated that news in the article many days ago, though I stayed my hand in adding the release date since I thought it would confuse people regarding the term "March Issue" being released on February.---TheGreatEye (talk) 06:45, January 13, 2013 (UTC)

Nothing reallyEdit

Nothing really, just wanted to thank you for your message. You do a great job by the way, keep up the good work! Jack the Illusion Killer (talk) 18:58, February 2, 2013 (UTC)

RE: New Background Edit

Well, February 23 will be Endymion's launch date. By the way, Photoshop was a great help in making sure the size of the background makes it to the limit and still gets as little artifacts as possible. I also have a default background prepared as well. heraldofmeridian♣ 09:48, February 13, 2013 (UTC)

RE:You Can (Not) Say Goodbye Edit

I admit that I have already foreseen this event already. You have told me that your activity will be severely lessened due to IRL stuff before, and I guess this is the point that you can no longer participate with the wiki without sacrificing precious IRL seconds.

Honestly, I don't think the wiki would be the same without you. Your just over 9000 edits have been a great addition to the wiki, and I don't think that I would be able to match that, especially since I'm watching over a handful of wikis aside from this one. But I will try to keep this going, especially with Railgun S and the Endymion movie fast approaching, not to mention that there's still that Magic article that is yet to be created.

That said, I refuse to accept your permanent resignation from the wiki. The Toaru Majutsu no Index will always welcome your presence.

heraldofmeridian♣ 05:17, February 14, 2013 (UTC)

Upon checking out the Special:Listusers article, I realize that we have a large number of registered users in the wiki, but I don't know how I will be able to sort out which of these may be best chosen as a bureaucrat. By edit count, there are a handful who have hundreds of edits, but some haven't logged in for some time. Should we do as the Community Central does it?
Currently, only four registered users logged in to the wiki, the two of us included. So far, I can't say that I have already chosen a viable candidate for the sysop position. How about you? heraldofmeridian♣ 14:30, February 14, 2013 (UTC)

RE: Opening Up Edit

Opening up is not an easy task, although it is easy to begin. The first task would be contacting someone from Wikia (particularly Gcheung28, who is approaching some of the wikis I have handled like the Shakugan no Shana Wiki) and asking for a Wikia Spotlight. I dunno about the affiliations, actually. There really is a clear and present danger involving that flood of people, especially at this stage where there are very few bureaucrats/sysops. (Bleach Wiki has three sysops/bureaucrats and seven rollbacks.) Another thing is that I don't to which wikis we will affiliate with.

As for blogs, should we send them to the front page? heraldofmeridian♣ 12:51, February 15, 2013 (UTC)

RE: Bureaucracy / Helping OutEdit

Thank you for the praise. My editing here has been a bit sporadic over the years here but it has been enjoyable. I've also read and watched over much of the work you've done - great job on improving and creating so much. Sure I don't mind helping out if its needed. I've actually been an Sysop/Administrator and am currently a Bureaucrat of the Cyber Nations Wiki and have been for a couple years now so I do have some experience at it already. This is a pretty great wiki so I want to see it keep getting better. I'll help out with whatever I can. Lol pie (talk)

RE:Article Comments Edit

Let's make this experimental. I have seen this used for spam, so if it doesn't attract any spammers within... let's say, two weeks... and I might consider keeping it for a longer period until the spam becomes unbearable. heraldofmeridian♣ 10:04, February 18, 2013 (UTC)

Seems like one even notices they exist.---TheGreatEye (talk) 11:08, February 19, 2013 (UTC)

Railgun SS an Kanzaki SSEdit

Sorry for bothering you TheGreatEye, but could you tell me if the Railgun SS 1 and 2 and the Kanzaki SS volumes are bundled with only the limited edition of the DVD and BD or even with the normal edition? Thank you. --Kamina lowell 20:58, February 24, 2013 (UTC)

It is written here: For the first part of the Railgun SS1. It is in the Privilege section (特典) limited editon bonus contents (初回限定版特典). It references on how each part of the story can be collected by getting the other limited DVD and BDs.
In Railgun SS2, it is written here: For the first part of Railgun SS2. Same section. As for Kanzaki SS: here. (鎌池和馬書き下ろし小説 電撃GE文庫『とある魔術の禁書目録SS』) Both references on how each part of the story can be collected by getting the other limited DVD and BDs.----TheGreatEye (talk) 02:33, February 25, 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for the infomations. --Kamina lowell (talk) 18:32, February 25, 2013 (UTC)

Sorry, I have another question about the Toaru series special volumes: Toaru Jihanki no Fanfare is inside the Pseudepigrapha Railgun or is a separated book? --Kamina lowell 19:15, March 2, 2013 (UTC)

The raw that I downloaded ages ago for Pseudepigrapha Railgun has Toaru Junaki no Fanfare, among other thigs. According to both the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun wikipedia and Index @wiki articles for Pseudepigrapha Railgun, Toaru Jihanki no Fanfare is one of two short stories collected for the book, bundled with the 5th volume of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun release at that time. They don't have references, and it seems that none of the official sites have actual definite information about it to allow me to investigate it further, but regardless, it is of high probability. Searching for Toaru Jihanki Fanfare yields only results for the Psuedepigrapha Railgun, we can assume that Toaru Jihanki no Fanfare has yet to be sold as a separate novel.----TheGreatEye (talk) 02:16, March 3, 2013 (UTC)
Thank you again for you help. --Kamina lowell 12:49, March 3, 2013 (UTC)

RE:Info on Ensemble and Endymion Edit

Sure thing. I'm always tailing js06's posts on /a/, so only time will tell if we'll get an accurate summary that is worthy to be added to the wiki. heraldofmeridian♣ 23:45, February 25, 2013 (UTC)

A Burst of Activity! Edit

You have noticed that I've started editing the chapter articles for the light novels, and it surely won't be the only thing that I would contribute to in anticipation for Railgun S. Expect that the rest of the episodes would be ready within the coming week. heraldofmeridian♣ 12:51, March 15, 2013 (UTC)

Layout-wise, having a horizontal infobox doesn't look good, especially with the table of contents bumping the synopsis section and creating white space. I'm actually planning on doing the opening paragraph as I did with the other synopsis articles I had done, but I'll do that only when all of the anime episodes get a synopsis. As for the Theme Songs and Production Staff part, I do think that giving a section for Theme Songs is optional, and the Production Staff part may be filled up with info from Anime News Network. heraldofmeridian♣ 03:40, March 16, 2013 (UTC)

Removal of my blogEdit

Hi, I was wondering if you could remove the part of your comment regarding the fan-translation site or just remove my blog cause I can't delete it on my own. It's a site that I wouldn't recommend personally or posting it since I don't think it constitute Fair Use and I had stressed in my blog not to further elaborate on links to sites but it still turned out there anyway. So, since you're an admin and the poster, I believe you have rights to remove my blog. It's just a personal request since I can't remove my blog on my own and wouldn't want to indirectly direct pple to that mentioned site so I hope you could help me. Thank you very much. -- Koosha (talk) 16:53, March 16, 2013 (UTC)

PSP GameEdit

Hello, TheGreatEye! I'm a new wiki contributor and I've noticed that their are a lot of missing moves from the Toaru Majutsu no Index PSP game. I was wondering where I can read up on any rules so I don't cause more harm than help, as I believe I can fill in the gaps in the moves and clean up the grammar a bit while I'm at it... I've never edited a wiki before but I do believe I can start if I can get a grasp on what I should be doing! Thanks in advance. A certain WIKI contributor (talk) 16:23, March 19, 2013 (UTC)

Artwork by Fuyukawa Motoi category Edit

Hello GreatEye,

I noticed that the pages for artist Fuyukawa Motoi have been mislabelled as "Fukuyawa Motoi".

There is a category page that is still listed as "Artwork by Fukuyawa Motoi" and I hope that you'll be able to rectify it. I tried to fix it by redirecting it, but it looks like it's more complicated than I thought. I don't want to cause trouble by editing it haphazardly, so I thought I would leave you a note and let you deal with in the way you think is best.

Thank you. 06:08, April 14, 2013 (UTC)

It is done.---TheGreatEye (talk) 06:09, April 14, 2013 (UTC)

Recent Wiki Activity listEdit

Sorry for bothering you TheGreatEye, I don't know why, but the Recent Wiki Activity list doesn't scroll down preventing me to view the older edits. Could you help me please? Thank you. --Kamina lowell (talk) 14:59, April 14, 2013 (UTC)

Whilst I rarely use the Special:WikiActivity page, I assume the problem is there because of the massive amounts of edits I have done as of late (specifically the addtion of 31 pictures in the Railgun S episode 1 article). I do not have a solution for this under than waiting until it disappears. In the meantime, use the RecentChanges page, which I use more than the WikiActivity page, the drawback here is that it doesn't show the pictures, though at least it lists them, and that it doesn't show achievements. Use the Recent changes options on the top of the page, specifically, show the last "number" changes in last "number" of days, to show more changes to the wiki, since it is currently obscured by the mass changes I've done today.-----TheGreatEye (talk) 13:18, April 14, 2013 (UTC)
Then I'll do like you said, hoping that the problem will be resolved. Thank you very much! --Kamina lowell (talk) 15:30, April 14, 2013 (UTC)

RE:Images for Episode Articles Edit

Yes, please do. It would be hard for me to get high quality episodes due to problems in connections, and due to the promptness needed for getting an episode article done, it would be best if someone else provide images in my behalf. By the way, I will try to make a new layout that minimizes images in the Synopsis section of an episode article and that moves the other images to a gallery at the bottom of the article. heraldofmeridian♣ 14:59, April 14, 2013 (UTC)

RE:Affiliations on the Main Page Edit

Sure, it wouldn't be difficult to have that implemented. That said, I'll be starting to link my other wikis to my other wikis; for example, I'll be affiliating the Oreimo (Index×Oreimo collaboration project) and Shakugan no Shana wikis (both J.C. Staff anime series, both Dengeki Bunko light novels) with the Index Wiki. heraldofmeridian♣ 00:35, April 20, 2013 (UTC)

Do you believe the rumors about NT 7 that are currently surfacing? I am not sure myself, but apparently these rumors/spoilers, were given the last two times by the same user on 2Chan, and were 100% correct the last two times. This time the rumors predict some crazy things. However, last time the rumors predicted many crazy things including bettle Teitoku and other unfathomable things unless you had read the actual novel. There is speculation that somehow this person has access to the bootlegged version of Dengeki's next release on May 10 and has had access to the other three prelease bootlegged versions of Dengeki and that this is how he gave 100% correct predictions... I was wondering if you knew about the rumors for NT 7 and disagree, agreed, or believed in them or not.

If you haven't read any of them I won't spoil anything. I just want to say that apparently there is a large focus on agate halation rather than on Misaki and Mikoto (but maybe the parts with those two werent really included that much because they weren't crazy plot twists if the info is right).

The rest of the events in the novel are absolutely crazy and ridiculous just like I originally found NT 4 and 5 to be. I was just wondering about your opinion...
