Minobe (美濃部 Minobe?) is one of Shiokishi's bodyguards.[1][2][3]

While most of his history is unknown, he became Shiokishi's bodyguard at some point in the past.

He first appeared off screen with Sugitani, reminding Shiokishi that he was getting off topic in his debriefing of GROUP about the leftovers of Spark Signal.[1]
Later, Shiokishi called his bodyguards for his escape, Minobe appeared with an unnamed guard. Shiokishi was then shocked to find the rest of the guards dead. Minobe stabbed Shiokishi with an obsidian knife and revealed his true identity, Tecpatl.[2] It was unknown when Minobe had been replaced by Tecpatl.
