Misaka 10046 (ミサカ一〇〇四六号 Misaka Ichiman Yonjūroku-gō?) is a Sister, a clone of Misaka Mikoto, that appears in Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator. Originally supposed to be killed in the experiment against Accelerator as part of the Level 6 Shift Project, she is one of the few Sisters that remained in Academy City for readjustments.
Appearance[]
She looks the same as Mikoto, though she can be distinguished due to her eyes being drawn in a different way. Like all Sisters, Misaka 10046 wears Tokiwadai Middle School's uniform, goggles, and blue-striped panties.
Personality[]
Initially shown to have the same personality as most clones, she later demonstrates more emotion than the others through the events she has gone through. She has displayed fear, cowardice, and hesitation during times of danger. It is implied that unlike the other Sisters she has feelings for Accelerator rather than Touma.[1]
Background[]
Not much is known about her, though as a clone she was most likely produced a few months prior to her introduction in the story.

Necromancer Arc[]

Misaka 10046 got knocked out by one of DA men, Mogari Takumi.
Misaka 10046 interrupted the actions of a member of the DA trying to flee his failed assignment at Heaven Canceller's Hospital.[2] She then fought him to try and protect a mother and daughter caught up in the commotion from being taken hostage. Misaka 10046 managed to use her powers on him, but discovered that his clothes insulate him. Seizing this chance, he used one of the tentacles of his Random Number Ultrasonic Blade to grab her. She then noticed that it was mechanical and tried to hack it. The DA man noticed that she wears a Tokiwadai uniform, so he knocked her out and took her prisoner, believing her to be a high level Esper.[3] Tied and muffled, she was later brought to one of DA's base by her kidnapper, who notified his colleagues (attracting Hishigata's interest).[4]

Other abilities[]
- Military training: Included in the information that was transferred with the Testament machines, like the other Sisters, she is proficient in combat techniques such as use of specific weapons, tracking targets, and shaking off pursuers.
Equipment[]
- Weapons & Gear: She wears a special set of goggles that enables her to see electron beams and magnetic field lines, which like all the Sisters she cannot perceive without aid. She also uses a Toy Soldier and a Metal Eater MX and is capable using any weapon the other Sisters have used.
- Crowbar: She used a crowbar to fight against Issac Rosenthal's zombies.[1]
