Misaka 19559 was one of the Sisters who gathered in Los Angeles to aid Kamijou Touma, who was fighting Citrinitas to save the city's trapped population and to prevent Melzabeth Grocery from being framed for the magician's actions, willingly revealing themselves to the world in the process.[2][3] They fought off the army of hijacked Five Overs (including the Outsider for Accelerator), while Touma faced Citrinitas.[2][3]
