Mistray Flakehelm (ミストレイ＝フレイクヘルム Misutorei Fureikuherumu?) is a minor character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index, as the kidnapped daughter of Osad Flakehelm.

Mistray appears as a small, three year old girl.[1]
Background[]
Coming with her father for the Natural Selector tournament in Baggage City, she is soon abducted by self-proclaimed MIBs, putting a heavy weight upon her father's shoulders as he competes in his first battle.[2]

She is first mentioned by Saflee Opendays during her match against Mistray's father, having known that she has been abducted, telling him that she will take care of "it" for him.[2]
She appears later, at the height of the distortion of terror that engulfs Baggage City, with her father in an infirmary like place, packing ice. She and her father were apparently saved by Saflee, who took them with her in safe zone because she couldn't abandon them.[1]
