Nagai Tatsuyuki

Nagai Tatsuyuki (長井龍雪, Nagai Tatsuyuki^?) is an anime director and the director of the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime.

Trivia

• His direction style in the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime adaptations and its perceived shortcomings, has been disparaged by some people in the Japanese fandom and led to the creation of the term Cloverfield, with the kanji translating to as Nagai Space, as reference to this. The term would later be appropriated by like-minded people from the English-speaking fandom as well.
