Nike Canox (ニケ＝カノークス Nike Kanōkusu?, Yen Press: Nike Kanokus) is a character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is an African-American marine charged with guarding Pearl Harbor's West Gate.[1]

He first appears in Pearl Harbor's west gate, lazing around until the arrival of Roberto Katze, Kamijou Touma, Accelerator, Misaka Mikoto and Leivinia Birdway, utterly surprised at the queer folk that have arrived brazingly at the entrance.
Nike was initially unsure of his identity even after checking it. Unable to do anything, as well as Roberto being abrasive and persistent, Nike allowed Roberto and the rest through (with a little coercion from the President).[1]
It is unknown what happened to Nike afterwards, since, as a result of the Fall of Pearl Harbor, the third base is in ruins and the troops are forced to retreat.
