Arc Daniels (アーク=ダニエルス?) is a character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is an African-American marine charged with guarding Pearl Harbor's West Gate.[1]

Hawaii Invasion Arc

He first appears in Pearl Harbor's west gate, lazing around until the arrival of Roberto Katze, Kamijou Touma, Accelerator, Misaka Mikoto and Leivinia Birdway, utterly surprised at the queer folk that have arrived brazingly at the entrance.
