Olaf (オラフ Orafu?) is a Hound Dog operative mentioned in passing by a fellow Hound Dog member along with Lulu. When the Hound Dog reports on how Vento of the Front's power is affecting their mission success rates, he mentions Lulu and Olaf together in his statement. But before the context of his reference his made clear, he loses consciousness before Kihara Amata due to Vento of the Front's power affecting all those who show antagonism against her.[1]
It is unknown what has happened to Olaf. It is possible that he was one of the remnants of the Hound Dogs left over from the 0930 Incident that worked under the command of Measure Heart. Where they follow orders from Aleister Crowley, to track down Hamazura Shiage and eliminate him, due to him surviving the Battle Royal and managing to actually defeat Mugino Shizuri.
