Oomura Jirou (大村 次郎 Ōmura Jirō?) is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. He is part of a group of thugs who sell the Level Upper to others, and is also one of its users.[1]

Using his real name on a message board, he posts that he was shoplifting from a store when the clerk called Judgment, and that he was able to subdue the Judgment officers that came. His post helps Misaka Mikoto and Shirai Kuroko's investigation into the Level Upper by linking him to the gang he's part of.[1]
