Pirate Radio DJ (海賊ラジオDJ Kaizoku Rajio DJ?) is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. He runs a pirate radio station in Academy City. Misaka Mikoto, Shirai Kuroko, Kihara Nayuta, and Hamazura Shiage are notable listeners of his radio station.[1]

A small part of his body is shown wearing a black shirt during the three-legged race in which Misaka Mikoto and Kongou Mitsuko compete in. He was a commentator along with Kumokawa Seria, referring to himself as "Friendly Neighborhood Pirate Radio DJ".[2]
