Pirate Radio DJ (海賊ラジオDJ Kaizoku Rajio DJ?) is a minor character in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. He runs Pirate radio station. Misaka Mikoto, Shirai Kuroko, Kihara Nayuta, and Hamazura Shiage are notable listeners of his radio station.

A small part of his body is shown wearing black shirts during the the three-legged race in which Misaka Mikoto and Kongou Mitsuko competes in. He is a commentator along with Kumokawa Seria. Here, He refers to himself as "Friendly Neighborhood Pirate Radio DJ".[1]
