Rakuoka Houfu (楽丘豊富 Rakuoka Hōfu?) is a character introduced in Souyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is a member of Anti-Skill and an Anti-Skill Aggressor.[1]

On December 29th, Rakuoka Houfu was one of the three Handcuffs survivors being transported to the Special Criminal Adult Correctional Facility on the armored prison train Overhunting, together with Benizome Jellyfish and Hanatsuyu Youen, briefly escaping when the train crashed at School District 7's South Station.[2]

- Rakuoka has said that he writes harsh reviews for bad Western games and streaming dramas late at night while enjoying a strong drink, under the screenname Defiant School Swimsuit Ascension Teacher @ Sending All Shitty Games and Dramas to the Graveyard (覚悟のスク水昇天先生@クソゲークソドラマは全部墓場に送ります?) (chosen to grab attention).[3]
