The Reformatory (少年院 Shuunenin?, lit. Reform School) is the only juvenile hall located in Academy City. It is located in District 10 of the city.
Background
The juvenile hall was used to house criminals who used psychic powers. Due to this it is equipped with all kinds of esper counter-measures. [1]
Chronology
Battle Royale Arc
BLOCK attacks the juvenile hall along with some mercenaries in an attempt to take Musujime Awaki's detained companions hostage to get leverage against her in an attempt to coerce access to the Windowless Building from Awaki. [1]
