Toaru Kagaku no Railgun OVA
Uiharu visits Saten, were Saten takes the chance to look at her panties. Saten starts talking about what snacks Uiharu brought along with herself when her phone rings. Apparently Shirai is also coming to visit. She teleports there in merely seconds and discusses with them that Mikoto is being stalked.[1]
Uiharu later finds a site that helps Kuroko in the slightest with her investigtion.
