Satoshi (サトシ?) is a minor Skill-Out thug introduced in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. His rugged boss runs a small Skill-Out territory in School District 7.
Appearance[]
He is a large man with a similar body type, though fatter, and style as Tetsu. He wears a bandana that covers his forehead.
Background[]
He is at least knowledgeable of the status of Nagatenjouki Academy and Tokiwadai Middle School. He has mentioned to himself that he didn't want to be a Skill-Out in the first place.[1]

Satoshi and the others follow Hikoichi to an abandoned building where he said that the person who runs around town hiding cash cards in envelopes in alleyways, Nunotaba Shinobu.[1]
He is tasked of looking after Shinobu as they search the premises looking for more cash cards, and was teased by Hikoichi if he was scared, naturally, due to Shinobu's calm demeanor and creepy expression. He later discovers that Shinobu is wearing the Nagatenjouki badge and becomes worried if she was an esper, to the point that even Shinobu notices. Seeing this opportunity, Shinobu speaks to Satoshi and is later felled by her through shock.[1]
He is later saved by Misaka Mikoto after Shinobu attempts to burn the building down.[2]
