School District 4 (第四学区 Dai Yon Gakku?) is a school district found in Academy City. The district's primary focus is food related facilities.[1]

As stated, the district's primary focus is food related facilities. Dishes from all over the world are found in the school district.[1] It is an area lined with many restaurants even for Academy City.[2]

A refrigerated warehouse in the district was the site of the confrontation between Block's Professor and School's Kakine Teitoku during the events of October 9th.[2]

Kamisato Rescue Arc[]

During stage 3 of the 48 Hours to Restore Order, as Useful Spider were deploying the Breath of Blessing in multiple areas, Machina conquered Bee Hoon Street and brought down the giant fan before they could lift it up into the air.[3]
Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator[]
A trio of high school students; Takada Youko, Nakahara Hiromi and Kidera Minori, broke into the Atmospheric Continuum Mechanics Research Facility and stole the secret weapon that was being developed, intending to use it against Accelerator and steal a sample of his genetic information to sell. Anti-Skills were called to the scene but the trio made their getaway by cutting through the floor and escaping through the underground.[4]
Toaru Anbu no Item[]
Dark Justice Arc[]

On August 29th, one year before the main story, Item infiltrated the district's Clone Complex, which had been occupied by the Ark of the Electronic Sea, to eliminate the cult's leader.[5] Early the next morning, Item were present in the district's Chinatown, along with the Frees who were spying on them.[6]
