The "Queen of Tokiwadai" is a mysterious Level 5 Tokiwadai student that goes under the alias "The Queen". Her ability is Mental Out (心理掌握 Shinri Shōaku?, lit. "Psychological Grip"), a very powerful ability involving the human mind which includes reading other peoples memories, changing a person's personality by means of brain-wash, telepathy, memory elimination, amplification of will, reproduction of thought and transplantation of emotions. As one of the two Level 5s of Tokiwadai, she and her followers have a rivalry with Mikoto and her fans. She never shows herself in public, instead she uses her followers or mind control people who acts as her representative when talking with individuals.
