telepath ~Hikari no Tou~ (telepath ～光の塔～, lit. telepath ~Tower of Light~^?) is an insert song that appears in the Toaru Majutsu no Index Movie. Released on February 20, 2013 on Sachika Misawa's mini-album Polaris, it is sung and written by Meigo Arisa in the movie as an image song for Endymion.

The song is composed and arranged by long time Toaru Majutsu no Index and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun soundtrack composer Maiko Iuchi. Lyrics were written by Kawada Mami.
