Thoughtography

Thoughtography (心理念写（ソートグラフィー）, Shinri Nensha (Sōtogurafī)^?, lit. "Psychology Thoughtography") is an esper ability that first appeared in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.

Principles

The power allows the user to look in the future and allow them to display pictures of it in a medium. The espers can apparently either use analog cameras for the photograph or use a digital camera.

Because of the fact that it not only sees into the future like Precognition, but as well influence an object external to oneself to create the photograph. Thoughtography sits between the two classifications of esper powers, ESP and PK. But due to the fact that PK takes precedence over classifications, Thoughtography is classified as a PK-type esper power.
