Actually, both of my parents are fluent, it was their primary language originally. So technically, it's my first language (2 months before English), but I can speak a little bit. I can understand a lot of it though (because when I was small my parents used to talk in Hebrew so I wouldn't understand xD)
I can write a little bit... I was much better when I was small, but I could easily pick it up again.
Actually, it's knowing different languages and a different alphabet like Hebrew that kind of makes me appreciate the difference in alphabets like with Kanji, Hirigana, and Katakana from English. (not that I know any of it yet :p)
I am semi-fluent. If I had to speak Hebrew, I could definitely hold a fairly good conversation, I'm just not that fast of a speaker if that answers your question :D
