On July 11th 2024, the Toaru Project's official X account announced the music festival, celebrating 15th anniversary of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime.[2] Next day, detailed information including the cast for the event was announced in a live-stream on the Toaru Project Youtube channel.[3]
