Synopsis[]
Sketch 1: Index-tan returns after a long wait[]
With Index-tan resting on Touma's head, she talks about on how its been a while since they talked about the short, with Touma responding that it was a long time ago since the last Index-tan short. Then shr asks him on having a long downtime in producing the sequel, in which Touma replies that it was due to corporate politics and such. Then, Index-tan proceeds to pluck Touma's hair, just like she does in the shorts before, which Touma having remembered nostalgia for such, before the title of the short appears.
Sketch 2: Index-tan flies away[]
Touma and Index-tan riding on his head hitch a ride on a tricycle with Itsuwa driving it, with Touma thanking her for paying the rent for the bike. Itsuwa says that its nothing, adding that she has sufficient funds for the mission. Index-tan, however, suspects Touma on having a questionable seating arrangement with Itsuwa, which Touma denies and telling her that he was just chivalrous, putting her in a nicest and thrilling seat. Itsuwa then speeds up the tricycle, causing Index-tan to be carried away from such fast speed.

Sketch 3: Itsuwa, its your chance![]
Touma complains the hot drink he bought, thinking that he should buy a cold one instead. Itsuwa asks Touma if he come out to enjoy the nightly wind, which he replies that he forgot that they are underground. She then asks for a walk together with.the boy, in whcih he agrees. Touma however ponders where Index-tan has gone to, in which Itsuwa, with her eyes glowing, claims that its.her chance to be with Touma together.

Sketch 4: Touma and Index-tan tackling issues on seiyus on long development of animes[]
While Index-tan munches on her cotton candy, she asks Touma how long it has been, which he compares the downtime of the anime have to timespan of a cicada coming out of the ground and die. She then points out that since seiyus ages in real time, on an anime having a development hell, it may cause problems for them. Touma dismisses her statement, saying that she should not tackle such things, and adds that some shows where there is no such difference in voice, and Index-tan agrees, but adds that some shows also notice change in voice. Touma then tells her that a subtle change in casting will be required when things gets complicated, in which she agrees, adding that most people don't realize that there is change of casting in such shows, like a sci-fi horror movie.
Touma asks how old she is, but Index-tan argues that he is the one who suggest on not tackling such topics like this, adding that she wanted to take this in a direction of a real person not aging at all while kicking Touma. Then he asks the age of the person behind the voice of Index-tan to her, replying that she is 30, even greeting Happy Birthday to her.

Sketch 5: Bread recipies brought to you by Terra of the Left[]
While Terra of the Left battles Touma and Itsuwa, the former screams out ingredients such as flour (ten parts), sugar (onr part), salt, and skim milk. His Execution of Light was blocked by Touma's Imagine Breaker. Once again Terra screams out ingredients of flour (two parts), sugar (one part) and half egg, in which he attacks Touma again, where he blocks the attack with his Imagine Breaker, in which he realizes that the ingredients he mentioned are for the recipes of bread or cookies or similar things.
Terra surprised that a Japanese person like Touma knows it and then claims that he is on a low-carb diet, having cravings with flour for that claim. He states that when that happens, he imagines food made of flour and screams out ingredients of such. He once again screams out ingredients such as flour, eggs, and lots of cabbage, then he states that adding stock to the dough can make it extra tasty before he attacks Touma again and blocking it again with his Imagine Breaker. He tells Terra to add some tempura crumbs, and the result is okonomiyaki, which Terra replies that foods made of flour is so good and delicious. Itsuwa adds that adding yam can make it more fluffy.

Sketch 6: Ippou-san 1[]
Characters in the background screams "Ippou-san" while Accelerator gets confused by their name screaming. While the title of the sketch appears, Last Order tells the viewers that this is an anime where "Ippou-san" must use his wits to solve hard problems.
It then proceeds to Kakine Teitoku where he tests Ippou-san to catch the tiger and the mouse in the folding screen he points using his Tweezers to prove his evilness. Ippou-san does not understand this test. Kakine taunts him if he should do it or not, stating his ability of Dark Matter. Ippou-san, however tired of his test and goes berserk, causing damage to the district he is in. Then, it cuts to a scene where he is injured with Last Order, while surrounded by Anti-Skill. She hugs a crying Ippou-san, saying that he has done enough.

Sketch 7: Ippou-san 2[]
The opening sequence of the skit is the same as the previous skit. It then cuts to Kakine tests Ippou-san once again on how he should not cross the bridge. Ippou-san is not amused by this. Kakine once again states his ability of Dark Matter, claiming that it is a power word from an good old sci-fi stuff. Ippou-san again does not understand his antics and before he states the answer to his test, he blows Kakine out with his black whirlwind, to his shock. Once again, Ippou-san is injured and gets a hug from Last Order, and advises him to tell that to a girl when she rejects him and laughs in glee.

Sketch 8: Sahhou-san[]
The opening sequence of the skit is the same as the previous skit, except that Ippou-san screams "Sahhou-san". It cuts to Touma suspecting that someone here ate a sweet bun, in which both he and Itsuwa denies, the latter stamping her Friuli Spear on the ground while continuously denying throughout the skit. Sahhou-san denies this as well, but Touma does not trust his claim saying thay he is covered by flour, so he should likely be the culprit, to Sahhou-san's dismay.
Touma states that he does not care if low-carb diet is healthy or not, but he tells Sahhou-san that his craving of flour caused him to eat something made of such without him even realizing it and states that it is wrong for equating being slim as being good. Touma invokes his signature line afterwards before he punches Sahhou-san, then ending the skit advising him to have some rice.

Sketch 9: Touma and Index-tan once again tackling on seiyuus[]
Touma with Index-tan on his head, tells to her how he was impressed to the creation of an anime sequel of a certain popular anime series for a span of over 10 years. Index-tan then tells him that it was the topic she talked about earlier. Touma, however warns Index-tan that her voice may not be fit on a middle-school girl should the voice behind her in question ages, in which she worries and proceeds again to pluck his hair. Touma tells her that even ten years will pass, they should still be friends.
