The Toaru Majutsu no Index: Miracle of Endymion (とある魔術の禁書目録 エンデュミオンの奇蹟, Toaru Majutsu no Index: Miracle of Endymion^?) is the manga adaptation of the movie of the same name. The structure of the manga was done by Nishino Ryuu and was drawn by Asakura Ryousuke. It began its serialization Monthly Shōnen Gangan on February 12 2013, running along with the Toaru Majutsu no Index Manga, which is serialized on the same magazine.

This manga follows the movie's storyline and started serialization in Monthly Shōnen Gangan in February 2013. The first bound volume was released on August 27, 2013.

Due to the short nature of the adaptation, the manga only has two volumes in total.
