"C-Document" (C文書 C-Bunsho?) is the third episode of the third season of the Toaru Majutsu no Index anime series. It was broadcast on October 19th 2018, and was directed by Nishikiori Hiroshi, was storyboarded by Yuuki Shingo, and the script written by Yoshino Hiroyuki.
Synopsis[]
Unrest breeds more unrest, and the city is enveloped in the flames of science. What is the secret of my right hand as told by Terra?

Major Events[]
- The Avignon Cleanup Operation is carried out by Academy City, causing major damage to Avignon in the process.
- Kamijou Touma and Itsuwa continue their battle with Terra of the Left. Touma eventually defeats Terra and destroys the Document of Constantine, but not before Terra catches onto the fact that Touma lost his memories.
- After escaping back to the Vatican, Terra is killed by Acqua of the Back, who then decides to take action himself.
- Due to an interrupted phone call Touma made, Misaka Mikoto overhears part of his battle with Terra and learns about Touma's memory loss.
