"Person With Super Powers" (超能力者 Chōnōryoku-sha?) is the sixth episode of the third season of the Toaru Majutsu no Index anime series. It was broadcast on November 10th 2018, and directed by Nishikiori Hiroshi.

- After SCHOOL's attack on ITEM, Mugino Shizuri's actions prompt Hamazura Shiage to defy her for the sake of Takitsubo Rikou. He eventually manages to defeat her.
- Accelerator fights and defeats Kakine Teitoku. When Kakine injures Yomikawa Aiho who tried to stop Accelerator afterwards, Accelerator proceeds to brutalize him in a rage, only calming down after the arrival of Last Order.

- Teitoku mentions Chimitsu carrying a Magnetic Sniper Rifle, finally explaning the reason for why he carries an unusual sniper riflle.
- Hamazura Shiage carries two handguns, one, a Derringer, and the other, a Glock that is hidden in his sleeve. Because the scene where Hattori Hanzou gives him a lady's handgun is removed, the Derringer is used the stand-in for the weapon that Shiage uses to shoot Shizuri with.

- In the scene where Shizuri chases after Shiage, after the camera closes-up on Shizuri's face, her walking animation is her cel simply being moved and down.
- Despite her eye being bloodied by Shiage attacking it with the Body Crystal case, there are scenes during Shizuri and Shiage's fight that have her opening her eyes and corneas still being white.
