Windsor (ウィンザー Winzā?) is a town in Berkshire, England. Situated in the western vicinity of London, it is the site of Windsor Castle, residence of the British Royal Family.[1]

The meeting in the pub
Following the initial incident at Windsor Castle, Kamijou Touma, accompanied by Othinus, met with First Princess Riméa, Accelerator's group and Hamazura Shiage's group in a pub in the town, in order to explain the situation concerning the other Touma and to plan their next course of action.[1] The pub had a lot of celebrating customers and quite a few drunkards, and before meeting with Touma, Hamazura ended up stripped down to his boxers while Accelerator got into a fight in the toilets.[1]
