Wu Lili (巫莉莉（ウー・リーリー）, Ū・Rīrī^?), who went by the English name of Lily (リリー, Rirī^?), is a student of Tokiwadai Middle School who appears in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun. She was a member of the Sha Clique, one year before the main story.

Appearance

Lily has medium-length dark hair that covers her right eye, tied into a shoulder length left-side ponytail with a hair tie. She wears the Tokiwadai Middle School uniform.

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun

Railgun Past Arc

As conflict was brewing between the Mikagami and Hasekura cliques due to the alleged attack on Kazan'in Tsukasa by Enjou Kasumi, Lily talked with Sha Danshan about the incident and inconsistences in the witness testimonies. With the possibility that they were all telling the truth being raised, Lily suspected Shokuhou Misaki's involvement, and despite Sha thinking otherwise, she decided that she needed to question her, given her previous institution being broken up and her unknown current affiliations.

Accompanied by Lin Lihua and Ouyang Qian, Lily went to take Shokuhou Misaki for questioning and had the two use their abilities against her when she refused to come with them, but the three were swiftly knocked out by Hokaze Junko once she arrived. After having their injuries bandaged, they reported back to Sha Danshan, who was annoyed at them doing this without telling her anything.

The three girls were together again around the time that rumors that Hasekura and Shokuhou were cooperating were being circulated (with Hasekura's trusted aides assigned to guard Shokuhou and reinforce the lure's plausibility).

When the Mikagami and Sha cliques reinforced the Hasekura clique in a raid on the headquarters of Montgolfier, the culprit behind the attacks that instigated and aggravated the clique conflict, Lily was involved in the resulting battle with Montgolfier's operatives and their prototype weapons. After the battle, Hasekura expressed appreciation to her for helping the raid.

Following Sha Danshan being tentatively awarded the Majesty emblem, at some point after the incident involving Konoe Nagisa and Spark Signal, Lily was among the group from her clique who accompanied and congratulated her afterwards.

Lily became a member of Judgment in the following year.

Lily's esper ability is currently unknown, but as a student of Tokiwadai Middle School, it can be presumed to be at Level 3 or 4.
