Yamate (山手?) is one of BLOCK's operatives who was within the task force in charge of cleaning SCHOOL's trail. They choose to indirectly support SCHOOL's operation as the extra distraction provided suited BLOCK's main objective. Etzali was in their targeted place when Yamate's party decided to ride it.[1]

Etzali thought to himself that it was strange that Yamate was someone important for his organization, because he was rather weak.
